Annie Månsson has been a consultant at U&We since January 2019 and during that time she has mainly specialized in climate analysis. Among other things, she helps customers to perform calculations according to GHG Protocol and ISO 14067. Several of the projects in which she has participated have been reviewed and passed third-party audits.
Another focus area for Annie is helping customers set climate goals according to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). U&We is the founder of the network Sustainable Restaurants (Hållbara Restauranger) and within that project, Annie has been involved in developing and holding a workshop program and leading environmental training for staff in the restaurant industry.
Alongside U&We, Annie runs her passion project Vegokäk. It is one of Sweden’s largest vegetarian blogs and an instagram account with over 30,000 followers that revolves around helping people with easy vegetarian recipe inspiration in everyday life.
Annie has previously worked with market analysis in the food tech industry and she has a bachelor’s degree in economics and also a few years of engineering studies at KTH as well as independent courses, including life cycle analysis.
